Mission Statement: It is the mission of the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe Public Safety Commission Homeland Security to safeguard the lives and property of the tribe and public. We will enhance public safety and protect our nation sovereignty and constitution by fostering, promoting, and maintaining partnerships with local, state, federal agencies, and tribal nations to protect our tribe and our homeland for all threats. While at all times conducting ourselves honorably with pride, integrity, the highest ethical standards to maintain tribal and public confidence. Honoring our ancestors and secure a positive future for generations to come.

Vision Statement: Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe Homeland Security Department will be a place where everyone is dedicated to enhancing public safety by improving our ability to prevent, prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergencies, disasters, and threats to our native homeland.

Interested in learning more about Homeland Security? Homeland Security Department Meetings are held the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. at the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe Community and Government Center.
