Turkeys for Tribal Families

Dear Tribal Community,

I am happy to announce that the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe will once again be providing turkeys to Tribal families. Elders and those with special needs will be accommodated first, and all other interested Tribal families will be accommodated thereafter on a first come, first served basis. The Tribe will be giving one turkey per Tribal household (address). The schedule for distribution of turkeys is:

Sunday November 18, 2012 from 10 am to 4 pm and Monday November 19, 10 am to 2 pm at 401 Nathan Ellis Highway (Rte 151) Unit 1 (Complex is next to Dino’s Pizza and Sports Bar)

Monday November 19 from 10am to 3PM 1913 Purchase Street, New Bedford.

Turkeys must be picked up by the adult Tribal Member of that household. Please present your Tribal ID card when picking up your turkey.

We are very proud to be able to continue this annual tradition for our Tribal community. Should you have any questions, please contact either Joanne at 774-238-8524, Laverne or Bea at 508-419-6017 ext 608/601, or Bobby Foster at 774-238-2273 / 508-477-0208.
